This aim of this study is to identify factors influencing the usage of internet banking services in bank in and to investigate the perceptions of internet banking users. This study is based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The influencing factors in this study include perceived usefulness, ease of use, perceived risk, self efficacy and trial ability. Descriptive research method is used in this study to achieve the above objectives. Structured questionnaire will be collected from 100 internet banking users. The study stated that most of the internet users are single females and middle aged people. Most of the users have good perceptions to all influencing factors but they are aware of the risk factor.
