The main objective of this study is to analyze the effects of internal corporate social responsibility practices on employee commitment in private banks in Yangon. Each of the five components of internal corporate social responsibility practices namely: compensation and benefits, training and development, health and safety, work-life balance, and employee autonomy were analyzed in relation to the three components of employee commitment: affective, continuance and normative commitment. This study then further analyzed the effect of employee commitment on their intention to stay in their respective banks.
