This research is concerned with chemical analysis of several export fish species. Some physicochemical properties, spoilage indicators and trace elements in several export fish (Bombay duck, Gold spotted grenadier anchovy. Butter catfish, Tilapia, Cirrhinus mrigal and Labeo rohita) were determined according to season. Fish is one of the main parts of our diet, as it includes nutritional elements such as protein, fat, ash, water, amino acids , several vitamins and minerals in sufficient amounts for healthy living.
