Plastic is as one of the most common and convenient materials in modern society. The use of plastic is increasingly controversial, however, because of its negative impacts on the environment, biodiversity, and human health. The main purpose of the study is to examine the current status of public perception on plastic pollution and environmental conservation. It was a descriptive study based on primary data from Kyee Myin Daing Township. The survey was conducted on a total 265 respondents by using structured questionnaire.
