This study focused on relationship between leadership styles & organizational commitment to Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB). The objectives of the study and learned the employee commitments (affective, continuance, and normative commitment) in MCB Bank. It is known that an individual that have a good in leadership skill can able to change the entire organizational system within the organization.
