The studies focus on the challenges of business process reengineering (BPR) implementation in Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB). The objective of the study is to identify the business process reengineering practices of Myanmar Citizens Bank and to analyze challenges of BPR implementation in MCB. To achieve these objectives both primary and secondary data are collected and questionnaires are distributed among 150 customers and 70 employees of Myanmar Citizen Bank. The study is the period from starting BPR implementation 2016 to 2018. It shows how existing processes benefit the bank and highlight the conditions to establish precedence for the initiation of BPR.
