Speech politeness is speech that can be accepted by the interlocutor and does not hurt the feelings of anyone who hears and reads it. Therefore the speech must require the fulfillment of the maxims contained in the politeness principle of speech. Conversely, if language does not have a polite attitude, it will cause the speech partner to feel disadvantaged and looked down on. But in fact, in the speech of supporters of the 2019 vice presidential candidate in social media, it does not always adhere to politeness maxim. Can be found deviations maxim politeness politeness that is seen in the comments in the upload status on social media, twitter. Applies in every comment from each netizen supporting the 2019 vice presidential candidates. In line with the statement, the purpose of this study is (1) To describe the form of impoliteness in the netizen speech of supporters of the 2019 vice presidential candidate in social media, (2) To describe the meaning of impoliteness in the netizen's speech supporters of the 2019 vice presidential candidate in social media, (3) Describe the context of impoliteness in the netizens' speech of supporters of the 2019 vice presidential candidate on social media. This study uses a pragmatic approach and descriptive qualitative research methods aimed at describing the analysis of the object under study. The data source used in the research process is in the form of impolite speech in the comments column related to the posting of the 2019 presidential and vice presidential candidates on social media namely Twitter. Data in the form of verbal sentences that show impoliteness in the speech of netizens supporting the 2019 presidential and vice-presidential candidates on social media. The text will be sorted by the data collection process. The results of this study found the form of deviations in the politeness of speech politeness which included deviations from the maxim of wisdom. These deviations are proven in satirical and dismissive interactions. Furthermore, including deviations from the maxim of appreciation, namely the speech of railing, ridicule, and considers someone worthless. Likewise, the deviation of generosity maxim is that speech does not have sincerity when giving congratulations, praise, prayers, and so forth. Finally, including deviations from the maxim of the agreement is that in the speech it does not have the same opinion so that it imposes its own will and agrees on something negative. In the six principles of politeness in language, only four maxims are seen to have spoken deviations. Next to find the meaning and context in this research is, the meaning of the intended speech is the meaning that is analyzed using pragmatic studies based on the context of the speech.
