The study aims to identify the effects of incentive and work discipline on the performance of Grab drivers in Malang City. This kind of research is survey research. The population in this study were grab drivers in Malang City whose numbers were not officially found. Therefore the sampling technique used accidental sampling because there is no need for a spesific criterion limitation by determining a sample of up to 100 respondents. The study uses a primary type of data. Data collection using a questionnaire’s. The data analysis method used is scale ranges and multiple linear regression.
