Despite the proliferation of knowledge management research, there is still no clear answer to the question of the effect of Knowledge Management System (KMS) self-efficacy, KMS quality, expected reward and subjective norm on knowledge sharing (KS) attitude among employees predominantly in the context of the Halal industry. This paper would shed some light by analysing the data collected from the Halal industry located in Malaysia's Halal Parks, residing in the states of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Melaka.
