Using the principle of self-organization mono-, oligo- and polyrotaxanes with the macrocycle cucurbituril are obtained. The rotaxanes of amide are synthesized by interfacial condensation from diacid chlorides and the preorganized structure of the diamine-cucurbituril-complex. Pseudorotaxanes or rotaxanes are received depending on the choice of the diacide chloride. The 1H-NMR-spectra of the rotaxanes are showing typical resonances which are shifted to higher fields. The content of threaded cucurbituril molecules on the polymer can be calculated from the elemental analysis.
