Motivating in the classroom. Systematization of Experiences in the Physics Class is a research project that arises from a generality detected throughout the teaching experience of the author of the text. In classrooms with 40 students, on average each year there are between 1 and 2 outstanding students (2.5% and 5%), with a focus on learning that are characterized by their autonomy and persistence, their goal is to learn and know what they learned something new. There are students with good performance, who, despite fulfilling their academic commitments, do not learn, tend to be oriented towards positive grades. The objective of the research was the analysis of the elements that influenced the learning of physical sciences in eleventh grade of the Salesiano School of Duitama through a Systematization of Experiences, 2015. The study was applied with the participation of a team of students with different types of academic performance, with which categories were interpreted and constructed from evidence collected in physics classes, and which was finally shared with the educational community. The information that is implicit in the practices is knowledge about them; knowledge that in their essence have the key to its improvement and its evolution. For the meeting of these evidences, an axis of systematization was created, the motivation, from which a guiding thread was established to guide the research, the sources of information were direct, within the classroom and collected by students who were previously oriented in the methodology. The results were shared with the educational community through an information booklet whose purpose was the reflection and improvement of pedagogical strategies within the institution.Una aproximación a la motivación en el aula. Sistematización de experiencias en la clase de física es un proyecto de investigación que surge a partir de una generalidad detectada a lo largo de la experiencia docente del autor del texto. En aulas de clase con 40 estudiantes, en promedio cada año se presentan entre 1 y 2 estudiantes sobresalientes (2.5% y 5%), con orientación hacia el aprendizaje que se caracterizan por su autonomía y persistencia, su objetivo es aprender y saber que lograron aprender algo nuevo. Están los estudiantes con buen rendimiento, quienes, a pesar de cumplir con sus compromisos académicos, no aprenden, tienden a orientarse hacia la obtención de buenas notas. El objetivo de la investigación fue el análisis de los elementos que influyeron en el aprendizaje de ciencias físicas en grado once del Colegio Salesiano de Duitama por medio de una sistematización de experiencias, año 2015. El estudio se aplicó con la participación de un equipo de estudiantes con diferentes tipos de rendimiento académico, con los cuales se interpretaron y construyeron categorías a partir de evidencias recogidas en clases de física, y la cual fue finalmente compartida con la comunidad educativa. La información que se encuentra implícita en las prácticas es conocimiento sobre las mismas, son saberes que en su esencia tienen la clave de su mejoramiento y su evolución. Para el encuentro de dichas evidencias se creó un eje de sistematización, la motivación, desde el cual se estableció un hilo conductor para orientar la investigación, las fuentes de información fueron directas, dentro del aula de clase y recogidas por estudiantes que fueron previamente orientados en la metodología. Los resultados se compartieron con la comunidad educativa por medio de una cartilla informativa cuyo propósito era la reflexión y mejoramiento de las estrategias pedagógicas dentro de la institución
