A one-day symposium sponsored by the Harris World Law Institute at Washington University School of Law and the Bosnia Memory Project to reflect on the Role of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in Understanding the War and Genocide in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The program will begin with a keynote address by Professor Diane Orentlicher, former Deputy for War Crimes Issues in the U.S. Department of State, and will include three panels focused on legal issues, historical and political considerations and stories and testimonies from survivors.
