Coastal management approach with a territorial approach is important for the sustainability of coastal management because at that level there is an incorporation of highly complex interaction of ecological, social and economic phenomena. Sustainable coastal utilization must look at two aspects of territoriality, namely the spatial aspects of land (terrestrial) and the spatial aspects of the Sea (coastal waters).
