UTILIZACIÓN DE SOFTWARE EN LA ENSEÑANZA DEL IDIOMA INGLÉS BÁSICO A PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD VISUAL

The learning of English as a foreign language in people with visual disabilities is a major problem in Ecuador, so in this research we focus on the growing access to technology, since it has promoted the inclusion of technological tools in the classroom. Then the need arises to know the perceptions of the teaching of the Basic English language through the implementation of educational software in the teaching-learning process of people with visual disabilities, for them we use Empirical methods such as interview and student surveys and Teachers The conclusions indicate that the use of technology in the process of teaching and learning English in people with visual impairment means taking into consideration factors such as the role played by the student, their learning styles, the importance of the selected technological resource, their support for learning, the teacher's role and his teaching approach.  El aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera en personas con discapacidad visual es una gran problemática existente en el Ecuador, por lo que en esta investigación nos enfocamos al creciente acceso de la tecnología, ya que la misma ha promovido la inclusión de herramientas tecnológicas en el aula. Entonces surge la necesidad de conocer las percepciones de la enseñanza del idioma Inglés Básico a través de la implementación de software educativos en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de personas con discapacidad visual , para ellos utilizamos el métodos Empíricos como la entrevista y las encuestas a estudiantes y docentes. Las conclusiones indican que el uso de tecnología en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del idioma inglés en personas con discapacidad visual significa tomar en consideración factores como el rol que cumple el estudiante, sus estilos de aprendizaje, la importancia del recurso tecnológico seleccionado, su apoyo al aprendizaje, el rol del profesor y su enfoque de enseñanza
