LA DIRECCIÓN DE LA GESTIÓN DIDÁCTICA EN LA DISCIPLINA PRINCIPAL INTEGRADORA DE LAS CARRERAS PEDAGÓGICAS

The process of direction of the didactic management, in the Labor Investigative Formation of pedagogic careers, demands a differed attention in the contemporary university. This is this way due to its particularities, especially, its interdisciplinary character. The manifestations of inadequacies detected around this process, in the Biology-chemical career of the University of Pedagogic Sciences "Pepito Tey" in Las Tunas, corroborates the idea before exposed. The analysis of the results of the application of methods and technical of investigation allowed to impact in the main causes that originate the problem. This was made starting from the design and implementation of a procedure directed to guarantee the preparation of the educational ones in the pedagogic communities of academic year and of disciplines. In such way it is possible to achieve coherence in the system of influences to the integral formation of the future professionals of this career.El proceso de dirección de la gestión didáctica, en la disciplina principal integradora Formación Laboral Investigativa, demanda una atención diferenciada en la universidad contemporánea. Esto se debe a sus particularidades, en especial, su carácter interdisciplinario. Las manifestaciones de insuficiencias detectadas en torno a este proceso, en la carrera Biología-Química de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas “Pepito Tey” en Las Tunas, corroboran la idea antes expuesta. El análisis de los resultados de la aplicación de métodos y técnicas de investigación permitió incidir en las principales causas que originan el problema. Esto se hizo a partir del diseño e implementación de un procedimiento dirigido a garantizar la preparación de los docentes en los colectivos pedagógicos de año académico y de disciplinas. De tal manera se pudo lograr coherencia en el sistema de influencias con vista a la formación profesional de los futuros profesionales de esta carrera
