COMPETENCIAS INDAGATIVAS EN EL PROCESO FORMATIVO VENEZOLANO

The process of investigators' formation in Venezuelan Universities has its singular characteristics and it is not exempt of the critical contributions that have been made on the Latin American University, mainly to created administration models and based on political, economic and social systems of colonial, republican character and neoliberal directed to the economic gain as benefit, but I don't eat contribution to the national development. The article carries out an analysis of a model of institutional administration based on the permanent analysis of the industrial activities that characterize the context historical Venezuelan.  El proceso de formación de investigadores en las Universidades Venezolanas tiene características singulares y no está exenta de los aportes críticos que se han hecho sobre la Universidad Latinoamericana contemporánea, sobre todo a modelos de gestión creados y fundamentados sobre sistemas políticos, económicos y sociales de carácter colonial, republicano y neoliberal dirigidos a la ganancia económica como beneficio, pero no como contribución al desarrollo nacional. El artículo examina un modelo de gestión institucional basado en el análisis permanente de las actividades industriales que caracterizan el contexto histórico venezolano
