LA DINÁMICA DE LA FORMACIÓN CIUDADANA DEL ESTUDIANTE UNIVERSITARIO CUBANO DEL SIGLO XXI: REFERENTES EN EL PENSAMIENTO ESTRATÉGICO DE LA REVOLUCIÓN CUBANA

The civic formation becomes a topic of renovated importance in the scientific debate among the educators from all over the world. However, the proposed alternatives are not frequently coherent with the purposes of the Cuban social project, neither with the peculiarities of our regional and national identity, what is erected in challenge for the national pedagogic work. The objective of the present paper is to reveal the main contribution of the Strategic Thought of the Cuban Revolution and to connote its articulating condition of diverse sources that allow to re-signify the dynamics of the formation of the Cuban university citizen of the XXI century in full correspondence with the originality of the ideas and principles that guide, organize and regulate the process of construction of a new type of society, as well as of the Cuban citizen's formation under the current conditions.La formación ciudadana deviene un tema de renovada actualidad en el debate científico entre los pedagogos de todo el mundo. Sin embargo, frecuentemente las alternativas que se proponen no son coherentes con los propósitos del proyecto social cubano, ni con las peculiaridades de nuestra identidad regional y nacional, lo que se erige en reto para el quehacer pedagógico nacional. El objetivo del presente artículo es revelar los principales referentes que aporta el Pensamiento Estratégico de la Revolución Cubana y connotar su condición articuladora de diversas fuentes que permiten resignificar la dinámica de la formación del ciudadano universitario cubano del siglo XXI en plena correspondencia con la originalidad de las ideas y principios que orientan, organizan y regulan el proceso de construcción de un nuevo tipo de socialidad, así como de la formación del ciudadano cubano en las condiciones actuales
