LA MOTIVACIÓN PROFESIONAL. IMPORTANCIA DE SU ESTUDIO EN LA CARRERA INGENIERÍA AGRÓNOMA

In the article it is carried out an analysis of the professional motivation toward the career Agricultural Engineering, the investigative interest is centered in the process of initial formation, taking as indicative situation the manifestations of inadequacies detected in this career in the University of Las Tunas. They will be kept in mind for this study the curricular dimensions settled down in the educational project. As approach it will be assisting to the study plans put into practice in the agricultural engineer's formation, revising the inclusion or not in them, of activities, indications or managed orientations to impact in the professional motivation of the students, setting the stages from the establishment of the plan A until the effective one (D). This article offers a panoramic of the phenomenon inquiry object, since the same one corresponds to an investigation in course where the general objective is a proposal of activities that allow to promote the professional motivation of the university students in the career Agricultural Engineering, as a psicopedagogical tool that contributes to the decrease of the deficiencies detected in this house of high studies.En el artículo se realiza un análisis de la motivación profesional hacia la carrera Ingeniería Agrónoma, el interés investigativo se centra en el proceso de formación inicial, tomando como situación indicativa las manifestaciones de insuficiencias detectadas en esta carrera en la Universidad de Las Tunas. Se tendrán en cuenta para este estudio las dimensiones curriculares, extensionistas y socio-políticas establecidas en el proyecto educativo. Como criterio se estará atendiendo a los planes de estudio puestos en práctica en la formación del ingeniero agrónomo, revisando la inclusión o no en ellos, de actividades, indicaciones u orientaciones dirigidas a incidir en la motivación profesional de los estudiantes, periodizando las etapas desde el establecimiento del plan curricular A hasta el vigente (D). En este artículo se ofrece una panorámica del fenómeno objeto de indagación, ya que el mismo corresponde a una investigación en curso donde el objetivo general es una propuesta de actividades que permitan promover la motivación profesional de los estudiantes universitarios en la carrera Ingeniería Agrónoma, como herramienta psicopedagógica que contribuya a la disminución de las deficiencias detectadas en esta casa de altos estudios
