METODOLOGÍA PARA EL MACRODISEÑO CURRICULAR DESARROLLADOR DEL CICLO TÉCNICO, ESPECIALIDAD ALBAÑILERÍA DE LA EDUCACIÓN TÉCNICA Y PROFESIONAL

The University of Pedagogic Sciences are at the moment in the stage of improvement of the plans and study programs that it applies the Technical and Professional Education, in the country with the purpose of achieving that the formation of the professionals of that education level constitutes a process characterized by its approach to the reality of the social Cuban development. The present work has as objective to carry out a methodology for the curricular macro-design developer of the technical cycle, specialty Masonry of the Technical and Professional Education, starting from the experience that accumulates in this sense, that which allows, to satisfy the task of design macrocurricular, where the fundamental elements have been determined that can favor the social, technical demands and of development technical professional. In their realization novel procedures of the educational and technical investigation have been applied that highlight the determination for first time of the procedures starting from the main areas that structure the worker's work and competitions more general of each one of them in the technical cycle.  Las Universidades de Ciencias Pedagógicas se encuentran actualmente en la etapa de perfeccionamiento de los planes y programas de estudio que aplica la Educación Técnica y Profesional, en el país con el fin de lograr que la formación de los profesionales de ese nivel de educación constituya un proceso caracterizado por su acercamiento a la realidad del desarrollo social cubano. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una metodología para el macrodiseño curricular desarrollador del ciclo técnico, especialidad Albañilería de la Educación Técnica y Profesional, a partir de la experiencia que en este sentido se acumula, lo cual permite, satisfacer la tarea de diseño macrocurricular, donde se han determinado los elementos fundamentales que pueden favorecer las demandas sociales, técnicas y de desarrollo profesional técnico. En su realización se han aplicado novedosos procedimientos de la investigación educativa y técnica, que destacan la determinación por vez primera de los procedimientos a partir de las principales áreas que estructuran el trabajo del obrero y las competencias más generalizadoras de cada una de ellas en el ciclo técnico
