In the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE)-Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), the beneficiaries are the farmers, students, faculties and researchers. In the DBT applicable schemes the benefits are received by the beneficiaries either in terms of cash or in kind.
