In this paper, a biogas composition consisting of methane and carbon dioxide mixture in a pilot-scale model burner has been enriched with oxygen and the combustion characteristics including combustion stability and emission behaviour have been experimentally investigated. CH4 and CO2 gases have been burned as premixed and the blowout and flashback values of the mixture have been determined. Experiments have been performed at constant equivalence ratio (0.7) and the number of swirl (s = 1) at 3 kW thermal power.
