Lakkazlar (EC 1.10.3.2, benzendiol: oksijen oksidoredüktaz) fenolik bileşikleri fenoksil radikallere dönüştürebilme yeteneğine sahip olan çoklu-bakır proteinleridir. Lakkazlar 2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate) (ABTS) mediatörü gibi fenolik olmayan bileşikleri okside edebilme potansiyeline sahiptir. Lakkazlar, ilk defa bitkilerden izole edilmiş ancak mantarlarda ve bazı bakterilerde de bulunmuştur. Fungal lakkazlar, lignin parçalanması, sporulasyon, pigment üretimi, meyve oluşumu ve bitki patogenezi gibi süreçlere aracılık etmektedir.
