Tüm cilt elektron ışınlamalarında (TSEI); geniş tedavi yüzeyleri, uzak kaynak cilt mesafeleri (KCM) ve uzun fraksiyonasyon şemaları kullanılmasından dolayı verilen dozun doğruluğu in-vivo dozimetri sistemleri kullanılarak saptanmalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Stanford tekniği kullanarak yapılan TSEI'da TLD ve yarı iletken diyot dedektör in-vivo dozlarının karşılaştırılması ve rutin kullanımlara uygun olan dozimetri sisteminin belirlenmesidir. TLD ve diyot dedektörlerle yapılan doz profil ölçümleriyle Stanford tekniği uygulanmakta olan TSEI'larında 90±19o olan tedavi açısı doğrulanmıştır. TLD kalibrasyonu yapılmıştır.
