Bu tez çalışmasında polimer ve küçük molekül olmak üzere iki farklı organik molekülün, 2,3,5,6-Tetrafloro-7,7,8,8-tetrasiyaniqinolidimetan (F4TCNQ) katkı malzemesi ile p tipi katkılanması sonucu yük hareketliliği ve hücre performanslarındaki değişim incelenmiştir. Polimer olarak organik güneş hücrelerinde en çok kullanılan p tipi materyal olan, poli(3-hekziltiyofen-2,5-diil) (P3HT), küçük molekül olarak ise 4,4′,4′′-Tri[fenil (m-toli) amino] tri fenil amin (m-MTDATA) molekülü kullanılmıştır. P3HT molekülünün katkılanması sonucu elde edilen güneş hücresinde standart şartlarda %3.42 verim elde edilmiştir. Bu değer katkılanmamış hücrede %3.2 'dir. MTDATA molekülü ise katkılanarak perovskit yapısında HTM olarak kullanılmış ve %0.97 verim değeri...
