Yüksek Lisans TeziBu çalışmada, besin tüketim sıklığı ile karbonhidrat beslenen bireylerde ve protein beslenen bireylerde, Klotho geninin metilasyon düzeyi ile beslenme alışkanlığı arasındaki ilişkisinin yaşlanmaya etkisi araştırıldı. Başlangıçta kan değerleri normal ve sağlıklı bireyler ile iletişim sağlandı. Çalışmanın kapsamı, amacı, iletişim sağlanan bireylere anlatılarak, kabul eden ve onamları alınan bireyler çalışmaya dahil edildi. Yirmi kişiden oluşan örneklem grubumuzda on kişi karbonhidrat beslenen ve on kişi protein beslenenler şeklinde iki grup oluşturuldu.
