Bu çalışma ile broyler piliçlerin yemlerine farklı düzeylerde ilave edilen Saccharomyces cerevisiae maya metaboliti ve fitaz'ın broyler gelişimi ile tibiotarsus üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi ve bacak iskelet sisteminde oluşabilecek anatomo-patolojik değişimlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda planlanan çalışmada, ülkemizde önemli ekonomik kayıplara yol açan iskelet sistemine bağlı ayak hastalıklarının, yeme ilave edilen ve ucuz bir maya olan Saccharomyces cerevisiae ve fitaz ile hangi derecede azaltılabileceği araştırılmıştır.
