This project is based on the need to take advantage of the existing touristic resources at the small hotel “SAN CLEMENTE” to improve its positioning and have an increase in the touristic activity through the promotion of its services, commercial image improvement, and the planning of strategic objectives which support the increase in sales so as to make the company become more touristic at province level. A situational diagnosis was conducted through the development of PESTEC, MEI, EMP, FODA, MEFI, MEFE, which allowed to recognize both internal and external factors that have influence on the performance of the company.
