Diseño Metodológico para determinar el Perfil de Turistas, para Alta Media y Baja Montaña.

The purpose of this project is to determine the profile of a tourist in high, medium and low mountain providing basic information of what to do, use and perform in an ascension. For this bibliographical reviews were carried out, as well as interviews with specialized people such as mountain guides belonging to the International Union of Mountain Guide Associations (UIAGM) and to the Ecuadorian Association of Mountain Guides (ASEGUIM) and Sports Medicine Doctor, who know how to handle the subject of mountaineering, hiking and camping. The investigation was developed based on the main problem which was based on the lack of research to determine if a person is fit to perform this sport. For this, it was based on several bibliographical researches that allowed to establish several factors leading to the identification of variables.For the identification of these, explicit information was extracted about the processes of mountaineering practice of several documents and interviews, resulting in the identification of factors such as: psychological, medical, physical and technical, being important topics in the practice of mountaineering. The methodology that was used in the present project is a mixed methodology since the quantitative and qualitative method was used, which intervenes techniques such as field, interview and bibliography. Throughout the research process it was possible to deduce that there are no paradigm models, for the development of an informative test that allows evaluating the physical conditions of the tourist, however it was possible to obtain a test that complies with the most outstanding variables in mountaineering. They are of great importance within this activity, that is, by means of this test the tourists will be able to self-evaluate and know what conditions they are in and verify if they are suitable or not to make an ascent.Finally, all the information collected was established in a procedures manual that will be used for the application of the previously established test.El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad determinar el perfil de un turista en alta, media y baja montaña brindando información básica del que hacer, utilizar y realizar en una ascension.Para ello se realizaron revisiones bibliográficas, además de entrevistas a personas especializadas como guías de montaña pertenecientes a la Unión Internacional de Asociaciones de Guías de Montaña (UIAGM) y a la Asociación Ecuatoriana de Guías de Montaña (ASEGUIM)y Médico deportólogo, quienes conocen manejan el tema de montañismo, senderismo y campamentación. La investigación se desarrolló en base al principal problema lo cual se basó, en la inexistencia de investigaciones que permitan determinar si una persona esta apta para realizar este deporte. Para ello se partió de varias investigaciones bibliográficas que permitió establecer varios factores conllevando a la identificación de variables. Para la identificación de estas se extrajo información explicita sobre los procesos de la práctica de montañismo de varios documentos y entrevistas, dando como resultado la identificación de factores como: psicológicos, médicos, físicos y técnicos, siendo temas importantes en la práctica del montañismo. La metodología que fue utilizada en el presente proyecto es una metodología mixta ya que se utilizó el método cuantitativo y cualitativo, lo cual interviene técnicas como de campo, entrevista y bibliográfica. Durante todo el proceso de investigación se pudo deducir que no existen modelos de paradigmas, para el desarrollo de un test informativo que permitan evaluar las condiciones físicas del turista, sin embargo se pudo obtener un test que cumple con las variables más sobresalientes en el montañismo que son de gran importancia dentro de esta actividad, es decir mediante este test los turistas se podrá autoevaluar y conocer en qué condiciones se encuentra y verificar si están aptos o no para realizar una ascensión. Finalmente, toda la información recolectada fue establecida en un manual de procedimientos que servirá para la aplicación del test establecido anteriormente
