Incidencia de la facturación electrónica en la recaudación fiscal en el pago de los contribuyentes del cantón Latacunga, en el periodo económico 2017.

The present research project analyzed the incidence of electronic invoicing in the tax collection in the payment of consumers in Latacunga Canton, due to the ignorance of the contribution that this billing system offers in the tax collection. The purpose of this analysis was to determine the annual growth of taxpayers incorporated since the electronic invoicing regime was in effect, quantify and describe the payment of taxes made by customers before and after the validity of this regulation and finally verify the economic values collected by the Internal Revenue Service with the use of this billing system. The research methods were an applicative, descriptive, explanatory and deductive, because the present project has an inquiry with a quantitative approach, which information was collected in Internal Revenue Service, specifically of the tax obligations Withholding Tax, Income Tax, Value Added Tax and Special Consumption Tax. Since the main problem is the lack of knowledge about the incidence of electronic invoicing in the tax collection in the payment of consumers of the Canton Latacunga. This investigation verified the percentage increases of customers incorporated into the electronic invoicing regime, economic amounts collected before and after the implementation of this billing system and its variations and differences. The vital performance and efficiency of the management of electronic invoicing in tax collection and tax obligations carried out by taxpayers, thus considered an exemplary contribution to the tax collection function carried out by Internal Revenue Service. Based on the results obtained, it is essential that the SRI encourages customers to use this system; encouraging, innovation, efficiency, orienting in which competitiveness in commercial operations carried out by users must be achieved and with this achieve greater control in the collections received by the Treasury.El presente proyecto de investigación analizó la incidencia de la facturación electrónica en la recaudación fiscal en el pago de los contribuyentes de Cantón Latacunga, debido al desconocimiento del aporte que este sistema de facturación ofrece en la percepción tributaria. Este análisis tuvo como objetivos determinar el crecimiento anual de los contribuyentes incorporados desde la vigencia del régimen de facturación electrónica, cuantificar y describir el pago de los tributos realizados por los contribuyentes antes y después de la vigencia de esta normativa y finalmente comprobar los valores económicos recaudados por el Servicio de Rentas Internas con la utilización de este sistema de facturación. Los métodos de investigación empleados fueron de tipo aplicativo, descriptivo, explicativo y deductivo debido a que el presente proyecto posee una indagación con enfoque cuantitativo, la misma que recolectó información en el Servicio de Rentas Internas, permitiendo obtener datos relevantes sobre la recaudación fiscal de los contribuyentes del Cantón Latacunga, específicamente de las obligaciones tributarias: Retención en la Fuente, Impuesto a la Renta, Impuesto al Valor Agregado e Impuesto a los Consumos Especiales, ya que el principal problema es el desconocimiento que presenta la incidencia de la facturación electrónica en la recaudación fiscal en el pago de los contribuyentes del Cantón Latacunga. Esta investigación comprobó los incrementos porcentuales de: contribuyentes incorporados al régimen de facturación electrónica, montos económicos recaudados antes y después de la implementación de este sistema de facturación y sus variaciones y diferencias. Se evidenció el vital desempeño y eficiencia que presenta el manejo de la facturación electrónica en la recaudación fiscal y en las obligaciones tributarias que llevan a cabo los contribuyentes, considerándose así un aporte ejemplar para la función recaudatoria que lleva a cabo el Servicio de Rentas Internas hacia el Estado. En base a los resultados obtenidos es indispensable que el SRI incentive a los contribuyentes el uso de este sistema; fomentando, la innovación, eficiencia, orientando en que se debe alcanzar la competitividad en las operaciones comerciales que llevan a cabo los contribuyentes y con esto lograr mayor control en las recaudaciones que percibe el fisco
