Motivación del talento humano y su incidencia en la percepción del cliente en las empresas de servicios de alojamiento y comida del cantón La Maná, provincia de Cotopaxi, año 2018.

The present research arose as an investigative contribution to the accommodation and food service companies of La Maná, since this sector is one of the fundamental pillars that invigorate the economy of the area. The general objective was to determine the motivation of human talent and its impact on the perception of the client, through a diagnosis of the current situation they are going through, for this; these types of research were used: training because this project allowed to maintain a research culture; bibliographic for the development of the scientific foundation; analytical in order to generate a value criterion based on the information collected; field for the application of surveys and proactive research to design a motivational model that directly and positively incentivizes to improve work performance. The analytical method provided a great contribution when deducting and analyzing the results of the surveys applied to the 90 owners of the establishments under study, 271 employees and 386 clients that made up the sample of the investigation; thus also the deductive method allowed to reach valid conclusions about the information collected. The objectives set out in the research project had as a result that the motivational factors that directly influence the performance of the staff is the salary according to the activities carried out in the company and on the other hand the excellent relationships they have with their colleagues. In addition, it was determined that the owners of the companies under study recognize the importance of staff motivation to improve productivity, but they use programs that do not generate greater impacts on employees, therefore, there have been deficiencies in the service, decreasing the number of clients that come to these companies. In view of the results presented, the design of a motivational model for Human Talent was considered, which enhances the good performance of the personnel based on personal labor and organizational incentives, which will lead to an increase in productivity and improve the client's expectations service provision.La presente investigación surgió como un aporte investigativo a las empresas de servicios de alojamiento y comida del cantón La Maná, ya que este sector es uno de los pilares fundamentales que dinamiza la economía de la zona. El objetivo general fue determinar la motivación del talento humano y su incidencia en la percepción del cliente, mediante un diagnóstico de la situación actual por la que están atravesando, para esto se empleó los tipos de investigación: formativa porque este proyecto permitió mantener una cultura investigativa; bibliográfica por el desarrollo de la fundamentación científica; analítica con la finalidad de generar un criterio de valor en función de la información recopilada; de campo para la aplicación de encuestas y la investigación propositiva para diseñar un modelo motivacional que incentive de forma directa y positiva a mejorar el desempeño laboral. El método analítico brindó un gran aporte al momento de deducir y analizar los resultados de las encuestas aplicadas a los 90 propietarios de los establecimientos en estudio, 271 empleados y 386 clientes que conformaron la muestra de la investigación; así también el método deductivo permitió llegar a conclusiones valederas sobre la información recopilada. Los objetivos planteados en el proyecto de investigación tuvieron como resultado que los factores motivacionales que influyen de forma directa en el desempeño del personal es el sueldo acorde a las actividades que realizan en la empresa y por otro lado las excelentes relaciones que tienen con los compañeros de trabajo. Además, se determinó que los propietarios de las empresas en estudio reconocen la importancia de la motivación del personal para mejorar la productividad, más sin embargo emplean programas que no generan mayores impactos en los empleados, por ende, ha existido deficiencias en el servicio, disminuyendo la cantidad de clientes que acuden a estas empresas. Frente a los resultados expuestos se consideró el diseño de un modelo motivacional para el Talento Humano que potencie el buen desempeño del personal en base a incentivos personales, laborales y organizacionales, el mismo que conllevará a incrementar la productividad y mejorar las expectativas del cliente por la prestación del servicio
