This study was conducted on a Malaysian home grown multi-level marketing company which has been the market leader for the past two years surpassing the performance of established company like Amway in Malaysia. The study attempted to analyse the state of preparedness within the organization to introduce TQM. The objectives of this study are threefold. Firstly it is to evaluate how quality management is used as a vehicle to achieve business excellence. Secondly, it also attempts to assess the knowledge the staff have of Quality Management and the distribution of this knowledge amongst the staff.
