Although the EPPO can undertake its investigative activities in all Member States, when undertaking them it is not governed by a supranational criminal procedural order, but by the national law of the Member States. Since the EPPO can undertake its activities on the whole territory of the EU, the criminal procedural laws of all Member States, as a framework for its activities, come into account
