Small intestine is one of intraabdominal organs that can suffer injury due to blunt abdominal trauma. The main cause is hollow viscus organ rupture which can lead to leakage of hollow viscus organ contetnts and bleeding in the small intestine will be followed by symptoms of peritonitis in the next hour. To determine the required diagnosis of blunt trauma history a history of abdominal trauma, a physical examination, and investigation.diagnosis of intestinal injury is established by the discovery of free air in a conventional abdominal x-ray examination.
