ANALISIS TINGKAT KEWASPADAAN NASABAH DAN PENGENDALIAN RESIKO BANK PADA PENGGUNA ANJUNGAN TUNAI MANDIRI DALAM BERTRANSAKSI TUNAI

This research entitled "Analysis of Customer Alert Level and Bank Risk Control for Automated Teller Machines Users in Cash Transactions". The background of taking the title is based on a phenomenon of a criminal case that occurred in Bali, namely the double ATM card case in 2010 in Denpasar Bali. This incident was one of the crimes committed against customers at BCA bank in Bali. This study aims to determine how the BRI Syariah KC Soekarno Hatta Malang Bank in controlling the risks that occur to customers in the face of cases of card skimming, as well as the role of customers in being aware of security at ATM machines when making cash transactions This study was a qualitative with a type of descriptive qualitative, this studiy include field studies with case studies at BRISyariah KC Soekarno Hatta Malang at armed address Jl.Soekarno Hatta, Kec. Lowokwaru, City of Malang. The data used in this research is primary data. And then the data is treated using qualitative descriptive methods with a string of string phenomena about bank risk management. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the researcher found that the level of alertness to customers was still very low, as indicated by the presence of skimming cases that still occurred from year to year. Researchers also get the results of how the bank as a service provider carries out risk control which can prevent the occurrence of skimming cases by identifying risks by the bank by forming a team to handle complaints and reports. As well as installing an ATM machine cover so that skimming actors cannot exploit it
