The objective of this study is to test the constructs of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills based on character education in elementary school, and to evaluate the validity of indicators, and its constructs reliability. The population of this study were the fifth grade students of the elementary schools in Yogyakarta Special Region, including: Yogyakarta, Sleman, Bantul and Gunungkidul. The sample size was 464 students from 15 elementary schools. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by using Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA).
