The major facilities consist of the Olympic Stadium, (Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys), the Palau Sant Jordi sports hall, the telecommunications tower designed by Santiago Calatrava, the National Physical Education Institute (INEFC) and the swimming pools (Piscines Bernat Picornell).
