IMPLEMENTATION OF ISO 9001: 2008 FOR SCHOOL SERVICE QUALITY IN VSS STATE 2 KLATEN

This research aims to know the students perception of the quality of services after implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 in Vocational Secondary School (VSS) State 2 Klaten. This research included quantitative research. This research population was students of VSS State 2 Klaten. The samples on this research as much as 286 students referring to Table of Issac and Michael. Data collection method used question and documentation. Analytical techniques descriptive analyses using data. That has five categories. They are very satisfied, satisfied, fairly satisfied, dissatisfied, very dissatisfied. The results of study showed that: (1) most of students felt fairly satisfied with quality of administration service are 55,24%. (2) most of students felt fairly satisfied with quality of teacher education are 49,65% and (3) most of students felt fairly satisfied with quality of workshop service are 48,25%
