Communication in Physical Sciences, 2020 6(1): 658-668 Received 12 May 2020/Accepted 30 August 2020 Aubergine is often regarded as a local vegetable that is rarely consumed in Nigeria and other countries of the world. However, based on some nutritional data reported for this plant, the present study is aimed at investigating the phytochemical constituent of ethanol extract of this vegetable using GCMS.
