In Turkey, Music Education Sections (MES) under the Fine Arts Education Departments ofthe Universities are one of the leading institutions that provide higher professional musiceducation. Individual Voice Education (IVE) course, which is included in the undergraduatecurriculum of these institutions, has a very important place and function in music teachereducation.
