The Elena and Miles Zaremski Law Medicine Forum In the 2019-2020 Term, the U.S. Supreme Court decided two major cases affecting abortion rights (June Medical Services v. Russo) and access to contraception (Little Sisters of the Poor v. Pennsylvania). Professor Hill will explain the background of these decisions and discuss the future implications of these two decisions for reproductive rights in Ohio and beyond.
