Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) represent promising technologies of cyber-physical systems for improving driving safety and communication mobility. Due to the highly dynamic driving patterns of vehicles, effective packet forwarding, especially for time sensitive data, has been a challenging research problem.
