Abstract

Adenocarcinoma of Jejunum is quite an uncommon entity despite the fact that small bowel constitute 75% of the total length of GI tract. Five (5 cases of jejunal carcinoma were encountered from 1994 to 1998, they presented with complaints of gennalized weakness, anaemia & abdominal lump. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment with only 30-40% respectability. The benefit of adjuvant chemotheray is still not proven.</p
