DIFFUSION OF INNOVATION PLANNING GENERATION PROGRAM IN ORDER TO SAVE LIFE FOR ADOLESCENTS (Qualitative descriptive study of the diffusion of innovation planning generation program activities undertaken by BKKBN Surakarta). Thesis. Sosial Political Science Departement. 2015 This thesis starts from the current teen issues, lack of knowledge teenagers in preparing family life that is associated with sexual behavior of adolescent drug abuse and HIV AIDS. In order to achieve these targets through BAPPERMAS BKKBN with the purpose of this study was to find out how the process of socialization and adoption GenRe program in adolescents and the communities in jerry region and wanted to know the teenager who received and refuse GenRe Program. This study used qualitative descriptive method where data were collected through in depth interviews wiyh selected informants. The sampling by technique used puposive sampling by taking informants in Jebres district and student of Sebelas Maret University. For the data validity, the researchers used the data triangulasi (source) while the technical for analysis used interactive analysis. From the research stages of the adoptian process in Generasi Berencana Program begin from stage 1. Awareness, 2. Interest, 3. Evaluation, 4. Trial, 5. Adoption. At the stage of public awareness and youth gain knowledge of various communication channels if innovators or early adopters. Furthermore at the stage of persuation they got persuassion of closest friend or opinion leaders. When they decided to accept they will try apply it after that they will reconfirm the decisions that they have been taken. The teenager that accept Generasi Berencana Program were consist of innovator, early adopters, early majority, and late majority. While the people that did not accept the program were called laggards. The factors that inhibit the acceptance of Generasi Berencana program are traditional knowledge. The result of the study is compitable with Diffusions of Innovations of Rogers. With these results, it needed improvement in socialization in term of both communication channels, facilities and personnel PLKB skill in Jebres distric.
