This research to determine the effect of adding fish oil to the basal diet of tuna fish oil in the performance of broiler chickens. The research material used is 1 week old broiler chickens as many as 105 birds. Rations used in the form of basal ration (maize yellow, concentrates, bran, premix) as well as tuna fish oil. The experimental design used was completely randomized design with three treatments. Each treatment consists of seven replications and each replication consisted of 5 unsex broiler chickens. The treatment in this study that adding fish oil tuna in the basal diet of broiler chickens as a source of energy. The ration consists of P0 = 100% of basal ration, P1 = 100% of basal diet + 2% fish oil tuna, P2 = 100% of basal diet + 4% tuna fish oil. The parameters observed in this study include feed consumption, Additions Daily Body Weight, feed conversion and slaughter weight. The data obtained from this research that the average feed consumption of 101,21 g/head/day, daily weight gain 56,76 g/head/day, feed conversion of 1,77 and slaughter weight 1426,6 g/head. The results showed the use of tuna fish oil significantly (P 0.05) to feed conversion, slaughter weight and daily weight gain. Based on the results of this study concluded that the addition of tuna fish oil to the level of 4% can reduce feed intake but have not been able to improve body weight, feed conversion and slaughter weight of broiler chickens.
