GAMBARAN UMUM PROSEDUR CONTRACTOR SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CSMS) DI PT. REKAYASA INDUSTRI JAKARTA

Background : Construction is one of the biggest contributors of occupational accidents in Indonesia causes the low quality of human resources. To avoid that, in seeking the workers accordance of HSE Management Systems needs CSMS. Method: The study was carried out by using the descriptive method that gives a clear overview of fact condition. Research data retrieval is done by direct observation CSMS by using EPRO (Electronic Procurement Rekayasa Online), interviews with sources and bibliography, study then analyzed using the technique of data processing and data analysis . Result : PT. Rekayasa Industri implemented CSMS safety aspect in seeking subcontractor accordance with HSE Management System on site and Key Performance Indicator (KPI). This is accordance with regulation PP 50 about Sistem Manajemen K3. Conclusion : CSMS is the one of subcontractor requirements to become workers and bidding on PT Rekayasa Industri projects.
