This research is a case study that focuses on just one case, in order to maximize understanding of the cases studied. To ensure the validity of data used triangulation sources, while data analysis is an interactive model. The final conclusion is that. Social capital in RTLH can be seen through the social relationships that facilitate interaction, such as in social networks, trust, reciprocity, value-indigo, norms, and proactive measures. Social capital play a significant role in the program RTLH with an exchange of kindness. That there is a cost in social exchange, reward, and profit. Social capital here serve as an operational mechanism that can be seen from the role of social capital bonding, bridging, and linking. Bonding social capital is closely related to the family which is the early foundation in creating social capital. Bridging social capital is closely related to social networking communities close to that neighbor. Whereas linking social capital more highlights on the performance of formal institutions at the village level and institutional formations Ngasem PNPM-MP and village facilitators. The internal factor is the existence of formal institutions, religious factors, and the role of village government Ngasem while external factors are the PNPM-MP in Karanganyar and local government support that affect the success of social capital in the renovation of the house unfit for habitation. In fact the village community Ngasem already running role in the social networks, trust, exchange goodness, running norms, social values and to act proactively in Ngasem Village, Colomadu District.
