( 2 ) Obstacles encountered in the development of tourism potential Karanganyar by the Department of Culture Karanganyar . ( 3 ) . Steps taken to overcome the obstacles in the development of tourism potential Karanganyar by the Department of Culture Karanganyar . In line with the above objectives , this study used a qualitative descriptive , In this study the researchers get the data from the source or informant who are employees or staff of the Department of Culture and Tourism Karanganyar namely : ( a) Head of Planning Department of Tourism Culture and Tourism Karanganyar . ( b ) Head of Marketing Division of Culture and Tourism Object Karanganyar . ( c ) Planning Division staff Attractions: Department of Culture and Tourism Karanganyar . Aside from the above informants , investigators mrndpatkan data from : Handbook Tourism Office Profile and Potential of Tourism Karanganyar , National Tourism Development Master Plan , Newspapers and Internet sites Solopos official Karanganyar . Based on the research results , efforts of Culture and Tourism Karanganyar in the development of tourism potential in Karanganyar are : ( 1 ) Development of Cultural Value ( 2 ) Regional Cultural Asset Management ( 3 ) Cultural Diversity ( 4 ) Development Cooperation Management ( 5 ) Development and Marketing tourism ( 6 ) Development Partnerships ( 7 ) Development of tourism Destinations While several constraints , among others : a.Hambatan or constraint comes from the Department of Tourism and Culture itself . b.Faktor society c .
