Poverty causes the community encounters difficulty to fulfill their life needs including the health services. The effort of helping the poor community in the health services is taken by the government by providing the program of Community Health Insurance (JAMKESMAS). However, in the field many poor people have not received health services feasibly. The objective of this research is to investigate the satisfaction perception on the tangible and intangible factors of the families of the Jamkesmas clients hospitalized at the Local General Hospital of Sukoharjo regency.
