Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) di Kecamatan Sragen

We often encountered administrative services in various places filled with variety of problems such as timeliness, cost problem , method of service, extortion, etc. are far from the form of an ideal public service organizations. Integrated Administrative Services in District (PATEN) is a management innovation in order to get closer, simplify, and speed up the administrative services permittance and non-permittance in the district level. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the PATEN in District Sragen views of aspects: (1) Increasing the quality of service, (2) Closing the service to the community, (3) faster services and more measureable, and (4) Cheaper cost of services. Forms of research is qualitative descriptive. The data source of this research are the result of interviews and documents PATEN. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation techniques. The validity of the data used is triangulation of data. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model. PATEN is the delegation of authority to the district head regent based on mandate of the Minister of the Interior number. 4 of 2010 on Guidelines for Integrated Administrative Services District (PATEN) and the decree number 85 of 2011 concerning the transfer of part of the authorities to the district head regent. Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of the PATEN in District Sragen been effective because it has managed to achieve the goal of implementation, namely: (1) Increasing the quality of service, (2) Closing the service to the community, (3) services faster and more scalable, and (4) service charge is cheaper Keywords: effectiveness, service, administration, district, implementation of the Integrated Administration Services in district (PATEN
