PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN KELUARGA TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2010-2012)

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of family ownership on firm performance report in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 2010-2012. This research used control variable that is size of the company, long-term debt ratio and dividend yield. This research used obtained samples from the manufacturing company which is found from financial report in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 2010-2012. The samples are 103 companies.The technique of sampling used purposive sampling. The methods of data analysis was using testing normality, different test independent sample t-test and Mann-Whitney, the classical assumption (test multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity), multiple regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The finding of this research show that there is positive and significant effect from family ownership on firm performance in Indonesia and there are significant differences on the performance company of family and non-family companies in Indonesia. The results of regression testing simultaneously shows there is influence between ownership variables and control variables to dividend yields on corporate performance.
